Non-Returnable Items

  4. Package your item securely in its original packaging and send it back.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted and cannot be refunded.

Return address will be provided by email after your return request is approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@sneakersandbags.com with:

  • A clear photo of the item received
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or a refund depending on the case.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

The fastest way to get the correct item is to return your original order once approved and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status within 2 business days.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time before the refund appears on your statement.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
